A day of Walden

I was a bit of a hermit yesterday. I never left the house. Never changed out of my pajamas. I slept in late. I kept my cell phone off - all day. Try that sometime. It's amazing how much I depend and how many times I went to look at my cell phone. Just one day away from it made me feel distressed. I worked most of the day - made class plans, watched 'Sweet Charity', and made final changes to music for the show. Then I had some serious cuddle time with Lucy kitty. I feel bad sometimes that I'm never home. She missed her mommy. So now I am back to the real world. Back to civilization. I encourage all to try the no cell phone for one day. It's amazing!
